Chris joined the Board of Directors of the Foundation in 1999, becoming Executive Director in 2002 and then President and CEO in 2010. Prior to joining the Foundation, Chris had an accomplished career in domestic and international publishing as President, CEO and sole owner of McInerney International, Ltd., an international scouting literary agency in NYC. She currently serves on the Board of the Juilliard School, and on the Advisory Committee for WQXR, and was formerly on the boards of Channel 13 and the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
Jennifer joined the Foundation in 2017, following a notable 30-year career leading philanthropy programs at Altria Group, Philip Morris International, Asian Cultural Council and the Trust for Mutual Understanding. She has served on the Boards of Mark Morris Dance Group, The Joyful Heart Foundation, God’s Love We Deliver and Dance Theater Workshop, among others. She continues to be a vocal advocate for survivors of sexual assault and women’s issues.
Jen joined the Foundation in 2017, after a successful career in public relations and communications in the arts. She has worked on the agency side for corporate philanthropies and international museum projects, as well as in-house for cultural organizations such as the New York Public Library. She led the marketing and communications departments at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Montclair Art Museum.
Barbara joined the Foundation in 2006. She serves as the Secretary to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 2013. After emigrating from her native Poland, Barbara interned at Crown Plaza United Nations while learning English, her second language. She later met Dawn Greene, who hired her to run the Foundation office.
