Tomorrow’s Top Designers Study Fashion Around the World

Part of the New York State University system, the Fashion Institute of Technology is a leader in career education in art, design, business and technology. It provides students with a blend of hands-on experience, classroom study, and a broad liberal-arts background, preparing them for professional success in the global marketplace.

The Foundation established an endowment to cover the entire incremental cost for five of the college’s Presidential Scholars to study abroad each year. This program is for highly motivated students who seek challenges beyond the required courses and the borders of the campus. Recipients have studied in places as varied as Milan, Florence, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
