Democracy Alliance
The Democracy Alliance was founded in 2005 and has since become the largest network of donors dedicated to building the progressive movement in the United States. The DA plays a leading role in fostering the infrastructure necessary to advance a progressive agenda for America. They invest in every aspect of progressive power-building—from policy making to organizing grassroots communities to winning state and national issue and electoral campaigns. The Democracy Alliance addresses the most pressing challenges of our day through investments in three connected areas: a just democracy, a fair economy and an environmentally sustainable future.
