Howard University School of Law and the New Greene Public Service Scholars

Howard University Law School announced the first cohort of the newly established Greene Public Service Scholars. The four first-year students bring strong academic credentials and demonstrate a serious commitment to public interest or public service law. They have each been awarded a three-year, full-tuition scholarship as part of a unique partnership between the Foundation and Howard Law. The Scholars are part of program of lectures, special programming, mentorship and practical experience in the field of social justice. Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick, President of Howard University, said “This gift alleviates the financial burden for our future servant leaders who want to pursue passion over profit.”
